Subject: Eclipse plugins - saving client settings
Feedback Type: Question
Product Area: Composite Applications
Technical Area: Functionality
Platform: ALL
Release: Beta 2
Reproducible: Not applicable

Question with sidebar & toolbar plugins for Notes 8:
If I want a plugin to save come configuration data specific to that plugin and the client PC it is running on, where would be the most appropriate place to store that data?

Places I'm considering:
1. HPSettings profile doc in bookmark.nsf (requires adding new fields to that doc).
2. A new file on the local hard drive.

Any other options?
